Pregnancy Massage:
A session for the pregnant mother after the 1st trimester. It is similar to the regular massage that aims
to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good.

Postpartum Massage:
A session for the postpartum mother. Massage helps with relaxation and stress reduction. The unique
benefits include hormone regulation, reduced swelling, better sleep, and improved breastfeeding. If

Labor Induction Massage:
A session typically done after 38 weeks, before a doctor wants to induce the labor medically. This
massage requires a written referral from a physician or midwife. The session concentrates
on creating a downward flow of energy toward the sacrum, performs labor preparation stretches for
the hips, and stimulation of the labor induction points on the body.
